Adolfina De Stefani

She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Venice. Active in the art sector since the second half of the 60s in many disciplines, is involved in various projects and collabo- rations. Loves to explore spaces and facilities from galleries to industrial containers or archaeological factories, where there are explicit references to the contemporary art.

Her work born from a series of reflections about the language of the visual arts, with particular care in the use of multimedia to create new relationships between space, time, images, sounds, and public performance.

Seeks to shed light on the phenomenon of the body as a fundamental element of the performance. In her gestures converges all her imaginary; from urban to traces of impossible stories, in inner thoughts, creating an emotional feeling and a pure nostalgia for a balanced future.
